Enjoy a Gin & Tonic with Robyn
Robyn has had Parkinson’s disease for just under 30 years but this doesn’t stop her from enjoying life with the condition. She was diagnosed as a young mother with 6 kids so she didn’t fit the perceived archetype of an old person in retirement.
Robyn wants to share her positive outlook with you so she’s inviting you to join her in one of her favourite afternoon past times, enjoying a gin and tonic and a chat about living a good life.

Archie Rose
Will Edwards converted an old 550-square-metre warehouse into a distillery, with a small bar open midday to 10pm every day, and he runs distillery tours and gin tasting events at the bar. The business is located in a vibrant part of Rosebery, with Black Star Pastry and Kitchen by Mike drawing the lunch-time crowds, and the bar is also popular with Sydney’s hospitality workers on time off.
“The core of the business is the distillery, that’s what I always wanted to set up and it’s the foundation,” Edwards says. “The bar is fantastic, we have it as our front of house and we mix some incredible drinks, but it’s not scalable – if it’s hitting capacity every night of the week, that’s about all it can do.
